Full Architectural Plans & 3D Renders

I need accurate 2-dimensional architectural floor plans turned into a fully detailed 3-dimensional model that shows both the interior and the exterior. Once the model is approved, high-quality render views of the inside and outside will complete the package so the design can be presented to clients and consultants without any extra post-production work on my end. Core deliverables: • 2D architectural floor plans (clean, to scale, ready for permit or presentation) • One fully detailed interior + exterior 3D model (native file and an exchange format) • A set of photorealistic renders – both exterior street views and interior room views (daylight; at least 4–6 angles total) The workflow can be handled in Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, or a comparable BIM/visualisation toolset—whatever you are fastest with, as long as the final imagery is crisp and the model remains editable for minor revisions. Send over a brief note outlining the software you’ll use and a couple of similar samples so I can gauge style compatibility. Once we lock the scope, I’ll share the existing sketches and reference photos so you can get started right away.
