You are not responsible for marketing, lead generation, or corporate selling. Your job begins the moment our closing team signs a new commercial building or warehouse contract. What the Role Involves: - Managing the full lifecycle of client asset onboarding and compliance. - Coordinating with independent regional data collectors, commercial photographers, and local certified appraisers. - Structuring, cataloging, and organizing asset inventory sheets into clear digital databases. - Placing and managing digital auction lots across national enterprise bidding marketplaces (Bidspotter, Proxibid, etc.). - Overseeing regional asset removal schedules and coordinating buyer pick-up logs. Candidate Expectations: - Deep organizational or logistics management background (real estate appraisal, commercial auction workflows, or industrial inventory control). - Exceptional data accuracy and digital spreadsheet proficiency. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple property sites simultaneously. Skills Required: Project Management, Logistics, Operations, Data Entry, Real Estate The Performance Structure: - Upfront Mobilization Payout: A flat 20% ($2,000 cash) released as project milestones are hit during initial inventory ingestion. - Monthly Management Payout: 25% ($625/month) recurring for overseeing long-term asset site compliance. - Backend Performance Payout: 25% of the gross auction commission generated upon successful asset sale settlement.
