Looking for a practicing CS with an active ICSI Certificate of Practice (COP) for a Private Limited Company incorporation in Karnataka. I will prepare and complete the incorporation forms and documentation myself. The CS is required primarily for: Professional declaration/certification required for SPICe+ incorporation under Section 7(1)(b) Acting as witness and affixing DSC on e-MOA/e-AOA as required Both proposed directors already have DSCs. Please quote your fee for this limited scope and confirm your active ICSI membership/COP status. Also mention whether your fee includes certification again in case MCA requires a resubmission.
