Detailed 2D Plans & Walkthrough

I have an architectural concept that now needs to be presented clearly and convincingly. First, I require a full set of polished 2D drawings—floor plans, elevations and any key sections—laid out with precise dimensions, clean line-weights and notes that make the design intent obvious at a glance. Please supply the files in editable DWG (or compatible) format along with print-ready PDFs. Once the drawings are locked, I’d like you to turn the model into a short, high-impact walkthrough video. Think of a 60–90 second fly-through that showcases spatial flow, materials and lighting so a client can instantly “feel” the project. I’m flexible on the software you use; Revit, SketchUp with Lumion/Twinmotion, 3ds Max—whatever delivers a smooth, photoreal result in 1080p MP4. Deliverables: • Final 2D drawing set (DWG + PDF) structural drawing • HD walkthrough video (MP4, 60–90 s) • Source model files I’ll review drafts for accuracy and aesthetics and provide two rounds of feedback.
