I’ve recently set up the official EdgeMatrix Facebook page, and I’m now looking for someone with strong expertise in social media growth, content creation, and audience engagement to take it to the next level. What you’ll be responsible for: * Growing the Facebook page organically * Creating and posting high-quality, engaging content consistently * Developing a content strategy around sports, sports analytics, statistics, and betting * Increasing followers, reach, comments, shares, and overall engagement * Understanding Facebook’s algorithm and current growth strategies * Creating engaging posts, graphics, short-form videos/Reels, polls, and other content * Studying what performs well and continuously optimizing the strategy * Building an audience that actually interacts with the page rather than simply increasing follower numbers Target Audience Our primary audience is North America and Europe, particularly people interested in: * Sports * Sports analytics * Sports statistics * Sports betting * NFL * NBA * MLB * NHL * Soccer * College Football * College Basketball What I’m looking for: Someone who actually understands social media growth, not someone who simply schedules posts. You should be able to look at the page, understand the brand, develop a strategy, create content, and consistently work toward real reach and engagement.
