Xero Tax & Financial Analysis

I run a sole proprietorship and keep everything inside Xero, but I need a professional touch before filing season and while planning the year ahead. The immediate priority is accurate tax preparation: making sure every transaction is coded correctly, all deductions are captured, and the final return is ready for submission without surprises. Beyond that, I want actionable financial analysis—insights drawn from my Xero data that show where cash is really going, which products or services are the most profitable, and what steps I can take to strengthen margins over the next quarter. Deliverables I’m looking for: • A finalized, compliant tax return based on the current fiscal year’s Xero ledger • A concise financial analysis report (key ratios, trend commentary, and at least three recommendations I can act on right away) Everything should be completed directly in Xero so I can follow the work and keep records consistent. If you prefer exporting data to Excel or specialized analysis tools for deeper dives, that’s fine—as long as the final numbers are pushed back into Xero and all workings are shared.
