US Accent - Female Voice Artist for AI Voice-Cloning

We are looking for a professional female voice artist to participate in an AI voice-cloning project for a production-grade conversational AI voice. The selected artist will be required to record approximately 2 hours of net usable speech across 2–3 recording sessions. The recordings will be used to create a high-quality synthetic voice that will be deployed in AI-powered customer conversations, including customer support, sales, onboarding, notifications, IVR and other enterprise applications. What we're looking for: - Female voice artist, 18+ years old - Clear, natural and highly expressive voice - Strong emotional and conversational range - Ability to deliver both professional and casual conversational styles naturally - Consistent voice, tone and energy throughout the recording sessions - Excellent pronunciation and script accuracy - Comfortable delivering a variety of emotions such as friendly, empathetic, confident, curious, concerned, frustrated and reassuring - Ability to perform natural conversational code-switching between English and Hindi is a strong preference - Professional recording setup with a quiet, acoustically controlled environment and a good-quality external microphone - Availability to complete all recording sessions within a 14-day window Recording requirement: - Approximately 2 hours of net usable speech - Expected raw recording time: approximately 2.5 hours, allowing for retakes and room tone - Approximately 1,500–1,800 short utterances, along with longer conversational passages - Recording will be conducted through our recording platform - The recording will go through technical and human quality checks Up to two rounds of retakes may be required to meet quality standards Audition: Shortlisted artists will be asked to complete a brief 2–3 minute audition before the recording sessions. The audition will evaluate voice quality, expressiveness, consistency, pronunciation and overall suitability for AI voice cloning. Voice usage: The resulting synthetic voice will be used commercially as an AI-generated voice for automated conversations and voice-agent applications. The selected artist must be comfortable granting the necessary rights for commercial voice cloning and agreeing to the applicable voice usage and licensing terms before recording begins. We are particularly interested in voices that sound natural, warm, conversational and expressive, rather than highly theatrical or announcer-style.
