Scanned Documents to Excel

I have about 500 words of text in several scanned documents that need to be accurately transcribed into a single Excel workbook. The content must be copied exactly as shown in the scans, including wording, spelling, punctuation and line order. The Excel file should have clear headers in the first row and all contentshould be arranged in a proper table. Accuracy is very important, and the completed file should be carefully checked for any errors. Deliverable: One .xlsx Excel file containing all 500 words on a single sheet.
