HR Consultant for Technical Recruitment – Electronics Engineering Startup (WFH Initially) India -- 2

I am looking for an experienced Indian HR / Technical Recruitment Consultant to help us build the initial core team for a growing Electronics Engineering Design & Development Services startup. Initial Work Model: Work From Home The company will operate on a Work-From-Home basis initially, with no immediate office setup. Therefore, we are specifically looking for candidates who are comfortable working remotely, maintaining professional communication, taking ownership of their responsibilities and coordinating effectively with the rest of the team. The objective is to build a lean but capable initial team and establish smooth business operations before expanding further. Immediate Positions to Recruit 1. Technical Lead – Electronics / Embedded Strong experience in electronics product design and development PCB hardware, embedded systems, firmware and troubleshooting Ability to independently manage technical projects Ability to guide and eventually manage the technical team Industrial electronics / automation experience preferred Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with clients, vendors and team members 2. BDM / Technical Sales – Electronics Engineering Services Experience in B2B technical sales / business development Electronics, embedded, PCB, industrial automation or engineering-services background preferred Lead generation, prospecting, client communication and project conversion Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with the Technical Lead Strong ownership of revenue/business development targets Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment 3. Operations / Administration Manager Manage day-to-day business operations Staff coordination, attendance and leave management Recruitment and HR coordination Documentation, vendor coordination and general administration Ensure smooth functioning of the company with minimum supervision Should be capable of coordinating the WFH team and maintaining discipline/processes Your Responsibilities as HR Consultant You will be responsible for: Understanding our business and manpower requirements Finalizing/refining job descriptions and candidate profiles Advising on appropriate salary ranges Candidate sourcing through suitable channels Screening and shortlisting candidates Initial HR interviews Candidate evaluation and recommendations Coordinating technical/management interviews Salary and offer discussion support Reference/background verification where required Helping close selected candidates Advising on suitable HR processes for managing a small remote team Maintaining a structured candidate pipeline We are not looking for someone who simply forwards CVs. We need a recruitment professional who can understand the technical and business requirements, properly assess candidates and help us hire people who can take genuine ownership. The initial engagement can be project-based , with the possibility of continuing as our recruitment/HR consultant as the company grows.
