Project Type: Hourly / Part-time Experience Level: Experienced Salesforce professional Training Format: Online, one-on-one sessions Project Overview I'm looking for an experienced Salesforce professional who can provide personalized, one-on-one online training. I'm currently learning Salesforce while working on a Salesforce cleanup project at my company. I want to build my technical knowledge and practical skills so I can use Salesforce properly, understand best practices, and contribute useful recommendations and improvements to our existing processes. I'm looking for someone who can teach me step by step, explain concepts clearly, and use practical examples rather than just provide theoretical training. What I Need Help With Understanding Salesforce navigation, features, and core functionality. Learning how to properly manage and maintain Salesforce data. Understanding data cleanup, duplicate records, and data quality best practices. Learning how to use reports and dashboards effectively. Understanding Salesforce objects, fields, records, and relationships. Identifying opportunities to improve existing Salesforce processes. Learning best practices for maintaining accurate and consistent CRM data. Understanding the risks and considerations before making changes to Salesforce data. Applying what I learn to my ongoing work project. The training topics can be adjusted based on my current knowledge and the requirements of my project. Ideal Trainer I'm looking for someone who: Has hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Developer. Has practical experience with Salesforce data management, cleanup, and CRM optimization. Can explain technical concepts in a beginner-friendly way. Has experience providing one-on-one training or mentoring. Can walk me through real-world examples and practical exercises. Is patient, approachable, and willing to answer questions. Can recommend best practices based on actual business scenarios. Salesforce certifications and previous training experience are a plus. Training Arrangement I'm looking to start with a few online sessions and potentially continue with additional sessions depending on my progress. I'd prefer live, interactive training where I can ask questions, share my learning objectives, and practice what is being discussed. If possible, I would also appreciate exercises or reference materials that I can review after each session. Please note that any work-related examples must respect my company's confidentiality policies. Training will use sanitized examples or an approved test environment where appropriate.
