Android App Pre-Launch Testing

I have an Android build that is feature-complete and ready for a final quality sweep before it hits the Play Store. What I need from you is twofold: 1. Manual validation • Run my full functional pass and documented edge-case matrix across a healthy mix of real Android devices and OS versions (no emulators for this stage). • Log every deviation from the acceptance criteria with crystal-clear steps to reproduce, screenshots or screen-captures, device/OS details, and any relevant logs so my devs can fix fast. 2. Automated regression coverage • Build an Appium-based suite that focuses on the critical user flows I will share. • The suite must be reliable enough to drop straight into our CI pipeline (GitHub Actions today, but a simple shell entry point is fine). • Include comments in the code, clean page-object structure, and a short README on setup, running, and extending the tests. Acceptance criteria • All manual tests executed and documented in a shareable report (Google Sheet or similar). • Reproducible bug reports delivered in my template. • Appium scripts committed to a private repo I’ll create, with at least one green run demonstrated on CI. • Handover call or video walkthrough so my in-house QA can maintain the suite. I will supply the APKs, test accounts, and the exact acceptance checklist as soon as we start.
