I need a Hong Kong CPA firm (HKICPA practising certificate required) to audit the first financial period of my small private limited company and sign the auditor's report. The bookkeeping is done and fully reconciled. This is audit only. The company: - Incorporated in Hong Kong in January 2025, one director/shareholder (non-resident), no employees, no HK premises, no fixed assets, no bank loans. - B2B services to customers in Norway, performed outside Hong Kong. Profits are claimed as offshore. - First period: 3 Jan 2025 to 31 Mar 2026. BIR51 is due 14 Oct 2026. Size: - 306 transactions (one Statrys account with EUR/HKD wallets plus a closed card sub-account) - 10 sales invoices (4 of them re-issued copies — the originals were lost in the invoicing platform; provider correspondence on file), 4 customers, revenue about HKD 169k, profit about HKD 114k, total assets about HKD 115k What you get from me on day one: - Draft financial statements under SME-FRS with notes - Trial balance, general ledger with source references, 64 monthly bank reconciliations (all agree to the cent) - Profits tax computation and an offshore claim statement (DIPN 21 format) - Document archive (statements, invoices, contract notes, lease), 124 director-signed vouchers with e-signature certificates - An accounting memorandum explaining every judgement and the open items for your decision Scope: 1. Statutory audit and signed auditor's report (Companies Ordinance Cap. 622, SME-FRS), including any audit adjustments 2. Review of the tax computation and offshore claim statement for filing with BIR51 3. Optional, quote separately: act as tax representative and file BIR51 with the audited accounts Not needed: bookkeeping, preparing the accounts, company secretary, payroll/MPF, accounting software.
