I need a single expert who can design the architecture and then personally build an all-in-one platform that merges CRM, VoIP calling, and—most importantly—robust sales automation. Scope • CRM backbone: clean customer data structures, intuitive contact views, role-based permissions, import/export tools, and real-time search. • VoIP module: in-app softphone, call logging, recordings, click-to-dial, and number provisioning with a reliable SIP provider of your choice. • Sales automation (top priority): – Lead scoring and management that updates in real time. – Automated email campaigns triggered by behavior or pipeline stage, delivered through Mailchimp. – Visual sales pipeline tracking with drag-and-drop stages, performance dashboards, and deal forecasting. • Seamless flow among all three pillars—every call, email, and activity must appear on the contact record and feed analytics. • Cloud deployment, API documentation, and a hand-off session so my internal team can maintain and extend the system.
