Architect Needed for 3BHK Apartment Floor Plan – 3 Units / Jaipur | 2D Concept Plan

I am looking for an architect / architectural designer to design a functional 2D residential apartment floor plan for a project in Jaipur. The requirement is for 3 independent 3BHK apartments on one typical floor. I am looking for someone who can think through the space properly, optimize room sizes and circulation, and create a practical architectural layout rather than a generic apartment plan. An attached image is provided only as a reference for the overall spatial arrangement/style of planning I have in mind. You are free to improve the arrangement and proportions based on the actual dimensions and requirements. DELIVERABLE For this initial project I need: Clean 2D black-and-white architectural floor plan Clearly defined walls Doors and windows Room labels Dimensions Staircase Lift Common lobby Apartment entrances Basic furniture layout North arrow Overall dimensions Preferred format: PDF JPG/PNG DWG/AutoCAD if available No 3D rendering, elevation, interior design or structural drawings are required at this stage.
