I need a self-hosted food-delivery web app built from scratch and then kept healthy and busy with visitors every month. Phase 1 – Development You’ll architect and code a fully-functional platform that covers: • Real-time order tracking from cart to doorstep • Secure payment-gateway integration (cards, UPI, wallets) • Restaurant dashboard for menu, pricing and payout management • Delivery-partner onboarding, shift scheduling and live status controls Expect clean, well-documented code, responsive UI for mobile/desktop, basic test coverage and smooth deployment to my VPS (Docker or bare-metal—your call). Once it’s live, handover should include admin credentials, a short video walk-through and a quick-start doc. Phase 2 – Ongoing growth & upkeep After launch I’ll switch you to a monthly retainer focused on: • Performance tuning, security patches and new feature tweaks • SEO, page-speed and content suggestions to keep organic traffic rising • Weekly traffic report pulled from Google Analytics / Search Console • Prompt bug fixes (24-hour SLA for critical issues) Deliverables are accepted when the app meets the feature list above, loads <3 s on 4G, passes a basic penetration test and the first month’s traffic report shows everything tracking correctly.
