What I need you to craft: • A React–driven budget planning interface that lets managers create, adjust, and track department or project budgets in real time. • Node/Express APIs that push and pull data to QuickBooks (transactions, chart of accounts, budget actuals) with proper OAuth flows and webhook handling. • A MongoDB schema optimised for financial records, versioning, and audit trails. • Role-based access controls and basic reporting dashboards (monthly burn, variance, forecast). • Build scripts, environment docs, and a short README so the team can spin everything up with one command. Acceptance criteria: 1. All CRUD actions on budgets persist correctly and re-sync to QuickBooks without conflicts. 2. Unit and integration tests achieve 90 % coverage on the API layer. 3. Front-end passes Lighthouse performance score ≥ 90 on desktop. 4. Deploys cleanly to our Docker/Kubernetes dev cluster.
