Optimizing & Marketing "Receipt Maker" Online Tool

I need a freelancer to promote and market our free online tool "Receipt Maker" (https://docmak.com/tools/receipt-maker) and further improve its user experience. Scope of work: (1) Promotion - outreach and backlink building to increase visibility and referral traffic to the tool; (2) Digital marketing - SEO, content/social promotion, and online marketing campaigns to drive organic traffic; (3) Further development - UX/UI improvements to make the tool easier and faster to use. Deliverables: a short report of promotion/marketing activities and backlinks placed, plus any UX changes implemented or recommended. Budget: Fixed price, INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
