Exceptions Reporting and Visualization Dashboard

I need a comprehensive exceptions reporting system based on time lapses using Excel spreadsheets as the data source. All workings formaulae and visualization must be in power BI. The report should identify delayed tasks. Additionally, I require a visualization dashboard to display on-track and off-track cases separately using line graphs.
