The building must read as a Traditional home from the street, yet inside it will contain two stacked, multi-story units. The exterior language should reflect classic proportions and detailing—think gabled roofs, balanced window placement, and materials that would be right at home in a historic neighborhood. Key design notes • Each unit will occupy one level in a stacked 2 story configuration. • I am not looking for open-concept living; instead, rooms can be well defined so long as traffic flow feels natural. • Floor-to-ceiling heights, wall thicknesses, and structural spans must fit standard U.S. building practices to keep construction economical. What I need from you 1. Schematic floor plans refined to my feedback. 2. Full construction documents: dimensioned plans, exterior elevations, roof plan, building sections, wall sections, and all relevant details. 3. Code-compliant structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts coordinated within the drawing set. 4. A printable PDF set plus the original CAD/Revit files for future modifications. I will need for architect to be able to "stamp" the blueprints for use in the state of Georgia, USA.
