Expert YouTube Channel Manager

I run an educational YouTube channel that explores Science & Technology, Mathematics, and History & Culture. The library is steadily growing, yet discoverability and sustained viewer interaction still lag behind our content quality. I’m looking for a channel manager who can own the full growth cycle—from planning what we publish next to optimising each video for search and sparking conversation in the comments. Here’s what I need from you: • Content strategy: map out a three-month upload calendar, pairing topics with compelling formats (explainers, shorts, live sessions, etc.) suited to our educational niche. • SEO optimisation: carry out keyword research, craft titles, descriptions, and thumbnails that rank, and set up playlists and end-screens that keep people watching. I’m already using YouTube Studio; experience with TubeBuddy or VidIQ is a plus. • Audience engagement: design community posts, polls, and comment prompts that invite dialogue, then monitor responses and suggest follow-up content based on viewer feedback. Acceptance criteria – At least ten well-researched video briefs delivered for the next month. – Optimised metadata for each existing video in the backlog (currently 25 videos). – A written engagement plan outlining weekly community interactions and measurable KPIs for watch time, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
