Transport Load Board & Marketplace Development

I am looking for an experienced developer or development team to help build a vehicle transport load board and transportation marketplace, starting with the Canadian car-hauling industry. The concept, business model, workflow, core features and initial visual prototype are already defined, and we are now ready to move into MVP development. Unlike traditional bidding platforms, our model is based on fixed-price loads: a dealer posts a vehicle or load at a set price, a carrier can accept it instantly, and the assigned driver manages pickup, VIN verification, vehicle inspection, photos, signatures, GPS tracking, delivery inspection and eBOL through the platform. We want to build iOS, Android and web/admin together on one shared backend, with one mobile app that provides different interfaces for dealers, carriers and drivers. The MVP should include user accounts, load posting, route search, instant acceptance, push notifications, live GPS tracking, VIN scanning, pickup/delivery inspections, damage photos, e-signatures, eBOL, carrier documents and insurance management, payments/payouts, ratings, bilingual French/English support and an admin dashboard. The long-term vision is much bigger than a standard load board: we want to create a transportation community that combines the social networking aspect of Facebook with the on-demand matching and transaction experience of Uber, where dealers, carriers, drivers and logistics professionals can create profiles, build reputations, connect, post updates, share opportunities, find loads, find routes and contracts, communicate, complete transactions and grow their businesses within one trusted ecosystem. Car hauling will be the first vertical, but the platform should be designed so it can later expand into other transportation sectors and load types. We are looking for someone who can help take the project from the current prototype/specification stage into a scalable, secure and well-architected MVP that can eventually grow into a major transportation marketplace and community.
