I need a brand-new website created from the ground up. While the exact purpose of the site—whether sales-focused, informational, or community-driven—is still being finalised, the project will cover the full process: discovery, platform recommendation, UX/UI design, development, and launch. Scope • Guide me through selecting the best platform (WordPress, Shopify, or a fully custom HTML/CSS build) once my goals are clarified. • Produce wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups that translate cleanly to mobile, tablet, and desktop. • Develop the site with performance, accessibility, and on-page SEO in mind. • Integrate essential features such as a contact form, basic analytics, security measures, and CMS or shopping-cart functionality if required. • Provide a short handover document covering how to update content, perform backups, and manage future improvements. Acceptance Criteria • Responsive layout passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test. • Page speed scores 85+ on Google PageSpeed Insights for both desktop and mobile. • No console errors in major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). • All delivered files and credentials are transferred securely. Deliverables 1. Platform recommendation report. 2. Approved design files (Figma, XD, or Sketch). 3. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting. 4. Handover guide with update instructions.
