I need a thorough background check focused solely on verifying a candidate’s complete employment history—from their very first role right up to the present day. No criminal, education, or drug screening is required; this project is strictly about confirming where the person has worked, when, and in what capacity. Please contact each employer on record, confirm dates of employment, job titles, key responsibilities, and (where possible) the reason for departure. I would also like any notable gaps in the résumé flagged with an explanation if you can obtain one. Deliverables • A concise, well-structured report (PDF) listing every verified position in chronological order • Source evidence for each entry (emails, signed letters, or documented call notes) consolidated in an appendix • A summary page highlighting discrepancies, unexplained gaps, or red flags Acceptance Criteria • All positions cross-checked with at least one authoritative source (HR, direct supervisor, or official HR system) • No unverifiable entries left unaddressed—each should be marked clearly with the steps taken and outcome • Report delivered within the agreed deadline, written in clear, professional English Experience with employment verification services, HR databases, or investigative research will be highly valued.
