For the NDAs I want every key element covered—confidentiality, non-compete, and a precise definition of “confidential information.” Within the confidentiality clause please spell out the duration of the obligation, reasonable exclusions, and clear consequences for breach. Wider scope as we launch and scale Once the NDA and trademark opinion are in place, I’ll need: • A freelancer/vendor agreement template • Customer terms of service • Privacy policy in line with Indian law and the upcoming DPDP Act • Website / app terms of use • Product disclaimers • A concise compliance checklist we can update as we grow Deliverables 1. NDA template plus a red-lined version of our current draft reflecting the points above. 2. Written opinion on trademark availability, Nice-class coverage, and objection risk, with a filing roadmap. 3. Brief memo on the most effective IP protection path for the brand. 4. Drafts of every agreement and policy listed under “Wider scope,” ready for signature or publication. Share examples of similar work with early-stage consumer brands, particularly where you handled trademark objections or built contract suites from scratch, and outline your preferred hourly rate or fixed-fee structure. I’d like the NDA and trademark opinion within two weeks; the remaining documents can follow on an agreed schedule.
