What I need from you • A small web or desktop tool that accepts spreadsheet uploads and automatically cleans, de-duplicates, and validates the numbers. • Message composer supporting rich media (JPEG, PNG, MP4, etc.) and clickable links, with a live preview so I know exactly how the offer will appear in WhatsApp. • One-click broadcast as well as basic scheduling (date & time) and throttling so the account stays compliant with WhatsApp’s limits. • Delivery report showing sent, delivered, failed, and read metrics. • Option to reuse templates, clone campaigns, and export stats. Tech is flexible—if you prefer the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Gupshup, Twilio, or an open-source stack (Node.js, Python, PHP), that works for me as long as it’s stable and easy to maintain. Please keep the interface clean and self-hosted if possible; I’d rather avoid recurring SaaS fees. Acceptance criteria 1. I can import a CSV of at least 10 000 numbers without errors. 2. Media-rich messages render correctly on Android and iOS devices. 3. Dashboard confirms delivery status within minutes of sending. 4. Code, database schema, and basic installation guide are included so I can run the tool on my own server.
