# Client Service & Lead Conversion Executive – Part-Time **Job Type:** Part-Time / Freelance **Work Mode:** Remote **Payment:** ₹500 per successful conversion **Leads Provided:** 2–3 leads per day ### About the Role Vishri Dynamics is looking for a **Client Service & Lead Conversion Executive** to handle incoming leads, understand their requirements, explain our services, and convert interested prospects into paying clients. We will provide **2–3 leads per day**. Your responsibility will be to communicate with these leads, follow up with them, answer their questions, and convert them into confirmed clients. ### Key Responsibilities * Contact and communicate with leads provided by the company. * Understand client requirements and explain our services clearly. * Handle client queries professionally. * Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. * Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients. * Coordinate with the internal team when required. * Follow up until the client confirms the project. * Maintain updates on the status of assigned leads. * Ensure that the client pays the required advance amount before the conversion is considered successful. ### Language Requirements **Mandatory:** * Tamil * Telugu * Hindi **Bonus:** Knowledge of additional Indian or international languages. Good English communication is preferred for internal communication and documentation. ### Payment Structure This is a **performance-based part-time freelance role**. * We will provide **2–3 leads per day**. * You will receive **₹500 for every successful conversion**. * A conversion will be considered successful **only after the client confirms the project and pays the required advance amount**. * **No payment will be made for leads that do not convert.** * There is no fixed monthly salary for this role. * Your earning potential depends on the number of leads successfully converted. **Example:** * 10 successful conversions = ₹5,000 * 20 successful conversions = ₹10,000 * 30 successful conversions = ₹15,000 ### Who We Are Looking For * Confident and friendly communication skills. * Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. * Comfortable speaking with new clients over calls and WhatsApp. * Able to handle rejection professionally. * Proactive and target-oriented. * Able to work independently. * Previous experience in sales, client servicing, telecalling, business development, or customer support is preferred but **not mandatory**.
