Senior SaaS Developer - Multi-Channel Client Outreach

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack SaaS Developer or a small development team to build a modern, scalable cloud-based B2B SaaS platform. The platform will combine CRM, client management, automated outreach and multiple communication channels within one web application. Main Areas SaaS architecture, user accounts and subscription management CRM and contact/lead management Email automation, campaigns and follow-ups Unified communication/inbox functionality SMS and business messaging integrations Voice/VoIP and call management Third-party API integrations Analytics and reporting Admin panel and user permissions Preferred Technology React / Next.js TypeScript Node.js / NestJS PostgreSQL Redis / background jobs REST APIs / Webhooks AWS We are open to technically strong alternatives where appropriate. Who We Need We are open to either: 1. One highly experienced Senior Full-Stack SaaS Developer who can handle most of the platform independently. OR 2. A small specialist team with experience covering: Full-Stack SaaS development Email/API automation Communications / VoIP / SMS Frontend/UI Requirements You should have proven experience building complex SaaS or web applications, not just basic websites or CRUD systems. Experience with CRM, sales/outreach platforms, email automation, communication systems or similar products will be highly valued.
