Fusion 360 Spear Parts Modeling

I have detailed sketches and reference specs for a modular spearfishing spear/ferrule system and need each individual part translated into clean, fully-parametric Fusion 360 models. The work is strictly part-level: ferrule components, the removable barb, and the connecting elements that lock everything together. No system or assembly engineering is required right now. Because these pieces will be machined from 316L stainless, every feature must be created with manufacturability in mind—proper clearances, thread classes, blend radii, and draft where needed. Once we sign a mutual NDA I’ll share the dimensioned sketches, tolerance tables, and any existing STEP references. Patent-sensitive geometry that drives the overall assembly will be included only after the NDA is in place. Deliverables • Native Fusion 360 (.f3d) files for each parametric part, timeline left intact • STEP exports for supplier use • Dimensioned 2D drawings per part, showing key tolerances and critical fit surfaces Acceptance will be based on: • Parametric features regenerate without errors when I alter key dimensions • Interference checks in Fusion show zero collisions at nominal tolerances • File set opens cleanly in the latest public Fusion 360 build The primary goal is a set of production-ready, manufacturable models that will drop straight into the next phase of our spearfishing product development.
