Account Manager Training & Call Support

I am currently training people for account manager position also need immediate help in the process with current call volumes on call staff that can help with phones, calls and emails for two cleaning services. Must speak and write proper and be fluent in English. If you have past exploit a cleaning service even better will also need to contact cleaners once a appointment is booked to find one of our cleaners who can go.
