Scope of work: Read and review the entire manuscript, not individual chapters in isolation. Recommend where content should be expanded, shortened, merged, moved, or removed. Improve the writing while preserving the subject’s authentic voice, personality, dignity, and leadership style. Ensure the book reads as a genuine leadership memoir/biography, rather than a company profile, marketing brochure, or collection of business articles. Review how the founder’s personal journey and the stories of SecureTech and his other business ventures are integrated throughout the manuscript. Strengthen storytelling, personal reflection, emotional depth, and transitions where appropriate. Check consistency of names, dates, timelines, companies, positions, events, and other factual references, and flag anything that requires verification rather than inventing or assuming facts. Conduct detailed line editing and copyediting for grammar, sentence structure, clarity, word choice, readability, consistency, and professional publishing standards. Identify language that sounds artificial, repetitive, exaggerated, or unnecessarily AI-like and rewrite it naturally. Review the opening and ending carefully and recommend improvements where required. Suggest improvements to chapter titles and the overall book title if appropriate. Provide a final editorial assessment/report explaining the major changes made and any remaining recommendations before publication. Important: This is a ghostwritten biography involving a real individual and real companies. The editor must not fabricate facts, quotations, conversations, achievements, projects, dates, or personal experiences. Any factual concern should be highlighted for verification.
