Excel Data Collection Automation

I need an Excel workbook that lets my team enter sales figures through a user-friendly form and, with one click, posts each record into a master sheet. The whole point is to make data collection painless and consistent so I can move straight into analysing sales performance later. Data validation is non-negotiable. The form must stop typos and out-of-range numbers, force date entries to the current financial year, and offer drop-downs for product SKUs and sales reps. Whether you prefer VBA, Office Scripts, or Power Automate is up to you—as long as the solution runs inside Microsoft 365 on both desktop and (ideally) the web.
