Overnight VA: eSIM Support & Outreach

We have a fast-growing international eSIM provider and need a virtual assistant who can cover the quiet hours between 00:00 – 09:00 AEST. During that shift you will be the first point of contact for both our business partners and our end-users, while also reaching out to new potential resellers. B2B responsibilities • Keep existing partners in the loop with concise overnight status updates and answer any account or pricing questions that come in. • Step in when a partner flags a technical hiccup, gather the relevant details (SIM IDs, device info, screenshots) and escalate through our ticketing system so engineering can pick it up when they log on. B2C responsibilities • Monitor the shared email inbox, live chat and WhatsApp Business queue. • Respond quickly to travelers who need basic guidance—how to install a QR code, what coverage to expect in different regions, or which plan matches their trip. Outbound growth work Once the support queue is clear, use our vetted lead lists to launch short personalised email sequences and follow up by phone or WhatsApp. Every lead that converts to an active reseller earns you a commission on their first month’s sales, so there’s real upside if you enjoy sales work. Key tools you’ll touch daily: outlook, Monday.com, WhatsApp Business and our in-house SIM activation dashboard. What success looks like – Average first-response time under 2 minutes during your shift – Overnight partner issues documented with complete logs and zero back-and-forth for engineering – At least 20 qualified outreach attempts per night and clear notes in Monday.com (commissions apply for successful leads) – A friendly, fluent written tone that matches our brand If you have solid written English, a stable connection and enjoy both customer care and light sales, I’d love to have you keep our global customers connected while the rest of the team sleeps.
