New Jersey RIA Registration Expert Needed

**Project Title** Series 65 Professional Needed for New Jersey RIA Registration **Project Description** Tradelytics Ninja LLC (https://www.tradelyticsninja.com) is seeking an experienced Series 65 professional to assist with registering the company as a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) in New Jersey. **Scope of Work** The selected professional will: 1. Prepare and/or review Form ADV and related RIA registration documents. 2. Prepare Form U4 / Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) registration documentation as required. 3. Prepare required compliance policies, client advisory agreements, disclosures, and other documents necessary for New Jersey RIA registration. 4. Assist with submission of the RIA application through IARD and applicable New Jersey processes. 5. Support responses to questions, comments, or additional information requests from the New Jersey Bureau of Securities through completion of the registration process. **Required Experience** * Series 65 qualified. * Experience with RIA registration and Form ADV/Form U4. * Experience with IARD filings. * Familiarity with New Jersey investment adviser registration requirements strongly preferred. * Experience preparing RIA compliance policies, advisory agreements, and disclosures. This is initially a fixed-price project focused on completing the New Jersey RIA registration process and remain affiliated until the registration is complete. Following which the role can be extended on commission basis.
