Freelance Sales Representative / Business Developer – AI Agent for Real Estate Agencies I’m looking for a freelance sales professional to sell an AI agent designed specifically for real estate agencies. Available 24/7, this assistant manages conversations on WhatsApp Business and automates incoming inquiries: * Answers questions from clients and prospects, including outside business hours. * Qualifies leads by gathering information about their real estate needs, budget, preferences, and timeline. * Books property viewings and appointments with real estate agents. * Manages appointment scheduling in Google Calendar. The goal is to help real estate agents save time, respond quickly to inquiries, and focus on qualified leads and closing deals. Your role will be to reach out to real estate agencies, present the solution, arrange demonstrations, and follow up with prospects through to closing the sale. I’m looking for someone who can work independently and is confident in prospecting and B2B sales. Experience in real estate or selling digital solutions would be a plus.
