# Graphic Designer Needed — Convert Long Web Brochures into Professional Print-Ready PDFs- 7 PDFS ## Project Overview We are looking for an experienced graphic designer with strong **print-production and PDF layout expertise** to convert an existing promotional brochure for SXXXXXXXX(see name in Zip) l into a professional, print-ready document. 7 PDFS for Print . 1 Test first The current brochure was designed primarily for web viewing. When printed, portions of the content are cut off and the page layout does not fit standard paper sizes correctly. We need someone who understands the difference between web graphics and professional print production and can correct the layout while preserving the existing design. ## Existing Materials Provided - Current web-version PDF. - Original Figma design or available source assets. - Photograph showing the printing problem. - Existing SXXXX branding, colors, typography and graphics. ## Required Work 1. Reformat the brochure into standard A4 portrait pages (210 × 297 mm). 2. Preserve the existing SXXX branding and overall visual identity. 3. Reorganize the content across as many pages as necessary to ensure readability. 4. Ensure no content is clipped, cropped or positioned outside the printable area. 5. Maintain sharp graphics and readable text at actual print size. 6. Deliver a high-quality print-ready PDF, an optimized digital PDF, and the editable source files. ## Paid Test Required Before Full Project Before awarding the full project, the selected freelancer will be asked to prepare a two-page sample from the existing brochure. The sample must demonstrate correct A4 formatting, readable typography, professional page breaks and accurate preservation of the original branding. Please explain your proposed workflow for verifying print readiness. If you have access to a printer, we would also like you to print the sample at actual size and provide photographs of the result. If you do not have a printer, please explain how you validate your print-ready PDFs. ## Required Experience - Professional print-ready PDF production. - A4 and US Letter document layout. - Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent professional tools. - Experience converting long web layouts into paginated print documents. - Strong typography, spacing, margin and pagination skills. - Ability to provide editable source files. ## When Applying, Please Include 1.
