I have a collection of photos, PDFs, and other scanned documents for a wide range of medical equipment, and I need everything organised into a clean, searchable Word file and an Excel catalog. Your job is to pull from those source images and documents and capture every specification, feature, and technical detail, then add current pricing, stock levels, and supplier information for each item. Rather than a single long sheet, I want the Excel file structured as a detailed catalog with its own worksheet for each product type so that I can filter, sort, and update inventory by category with ease. The Word document should mirror this structure where appropriate, providing a clear printable option. Accuracy matters here—figures must match the source material exactly, units and model numbers can’t drift, and supplier names need to remain consistent so that later look-ups and reorder calculations work without extra cleaning. Once complete, I’ll spot-check random entries against the original PDFs and photos; anything that doesn’t line up will come back for correction, so a careful first pass will save us both time. I’m comfortable working in the latest Microsoft 365 environment, so feel free to use any native Word or Excel functions (tables, data validation, formulas, pivot tables for totals, etc.) that help make the file future-proof and easy to maintain. Deliver both editable originals and a locked, view-only copy of the Excel workbook so I can share it internally without risk of accidental changes.
