Legal Asst/paralegal needed ASAP! MY CASE IS A BIT COMPLICATED AND TRICKY.AS I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY HARASSED AND ABUSED BY OPPOSING COUNSEL , INCLUDING A TRESPASSING AND EXTORTION , ALONG WITH NUMEROUS LIES. There will be few questions along the way... I am going to attempt to draft some documents myself and need a professional to review to ensure that what i'm drafting is correct. I am also filing a case for sanctions for delaying the case , which will include a 21 day safe harbor letter. This is per florida law. This is all for the state of Florida Orange County, ninth district court. So I prefer someone who lives in the united states and is in the same time zone for easier communication as documentation needs to be filed asap. This person must know how to freeze assets and locate what happened to a family trust. I have a roadmap...... i have packets of evidence with much more evidence to add.If recommended. I have also qualified for Civil andingency. I have 3 or 4 different financial affidavits from him that are full of perjury, and don't know if I'm filing a motion for contempt and enforcement or just a motion for sanctions, because he's lied on all of them when he's been given four opportunities to provide the correct information on the financial affidavits that full of perjury - so to me that is sanctions. On a side note , I am filing individual cases against him domestic violence and financial abuse and stalking. You are not required to be involved in those.I am just simply advising. I am also looking for help in drafting a settlement agreement. But that is down the road, and I have a serious 2025 tax issue, within which I need help. There will also be disputing her claim for attorney's fees. We had a pretrial conference along with an EDW that the judge struck. Those documents were filed individually.Because opposing counsel did nothing but lie on those documents.\nSo they must be rewritten or disputed.I'm not sure what the proper legal term is. But I don't wish to reset the case, because there's been so much cruelty placed upon me, including cyberstalking, that has caused a fatal death diagnosis for me. So I don't have time to play games. I am out for resolution and as many damages as possible that I can receive and somebody who is a clever genius to defend against evil. However, this is a matter of urgency and a milestone schedule may not be able to be determined until you're able to look at the information, but I am ready to begin sending information as soon as I receive a qualified bidder who will not ghost me as my last 2 freelancers, did. I had two freelancers set up , sent them all of the information we had deadlines set back in june and they both ghosted me and now it's almost october. There may be approximately eight or 9 subpoenas that will need to be drafted served and followed through on. A couple of them may simply just be requests for motions to compel discovery.However , I just don't understand the correct legal verbiage. I also have several reimbursables , but that's easy enough for me to address. This case has gone on two and a half years and there has not been one official settlement offer nor have I received one penny from him except for a weekly stipend , that's below minimum wage level and attorney's fees to claim along with credit card debt. I am literally bankrupt , meanwhile , he earns over two hundred and twenty thousand dollars a year, receives cryptocurrency, along with his deceased stepfather, social security checks, and there is a huge checking account that when the stepfather passed away, he is trying to claim is his inheritance now, which it never was and sat in the account for 2 years before he filed for divorce. And was betraying me. May I please stress that the importance of communicating via email will make our lives much easier as I have photographs and several pieces of documentation that have already been put together in packets and ready to be released. If you're up for a challenge and are willing as much as I hate to say this because this is not who I am , but go for as much money as we can possibly receive , please reply. What I would like to do if possible, is to receive quotes from people who have time available ASAP with completing some documents this week and a good feel for the person's capabilities, not just a simple answer.
