Virtual Assistant — Sales, CRM & Content Curation Ride Forti | Remote | Full-Time Hi! We're Ride Forti, a U.S. premium transportation and personal-protection platform. We're hiring a reliable, organized Virtual Assistant to manage our daily call queue in GoHighLevel, support sales and outreach, keep our CRM accurate, and curate and schedule social content.

Responsibilities

Work the daily call queue, speak with U.S. clients, and set appointments. - Research leads, conduct outreach, and follow up with prospects. - Update GoHighLevel contacts, notes, tasks, and pipeline stages accurately. - Monitor replies and flag qualified opportunities for the team. - Curate relevant social content, prepare captions, and schedule approved posts. - Use AI tools such as Claude to support research, writing, and daily productivity. - Provide clear progress updates and apply feedback consistently. What We're Looking For - 1-2+ years of VA, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience. - Hands-on CRM experience; GoHighLevel preferred. - Content-curation and social scheduling experience. - Clear, confident spoken and written English - you'll speak with U.S. clients daily. - Experience using AI tools such as Claude in your work. - Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. - Openness to feedback and constructive criticism. - Your own laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. - A logistics or transportation background is a big plus. Schedule & Compensation - Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Eastern Time. - Long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity. - Starting rate: $5-$10 per hour, with quarterly raises. - Initial four-week probationary period. - A manageable onboarding workload while you learn our processes, with opportunities for greater responsibility as the company grows.
