Fitness Charity Event Tracker

I’m launching a mobile app to power our upcoming nationwide charity fitness challenge/event. Before the official start date, participants will create an account with a simple user name, email, location, company registration flow. On the designated day and time of the event (based on their location), the app must capture every kilometre they move in real time—similar to Strava—using on-device GPS. Each activity should instantly update personal totals and feed into live, public tallies that rank: There should also be an option to link/embed a square payments page for donations to their fitness challenge. • Individual users • Company teams (based on the company chosen at sign-up) • State-wide groups Must haves: Registration Distance logging Connected website which can display on internet connected screen: # participants State leaderboard Business leaderboard Total funds raised Baton tracker - which shows movement around australia. Nice-to-have: Photo wall Live social feed Team chat Activity tracker integrations To keep everyone motivated we also need: • Dynamic leaderboards that refresh automatically • Badges and achievement pop-ups triggered at key milestones • One-tap social sharing so participants can post progress to their preferred networks - fastest km At the close of the challenge, the system must be able to freeze results and export final standings for prize announcements. Please deliver: 1. Cross-platform mobile builds (iOS and Android) ready for store submission. 2. A lightweight admin console where I can set the event start/finish dates, manage users, and download aggregate reports. 3. Source code and brief deployment notes so my internal tech team can maintain future editions. 4. connected website that shows users and leaderboards. If you have experience with GPS activity tracking, Firebase or similar real-time databases, and gamified engagement features, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
