HR Specialist For Vraify Recruitment

About the Role

Vraify is looking for a motivated and proactive HR professional to join our team and contribute to our growing people and recruitment function. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment, candidate management, employee coordination, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding and other HR-related activities. Assist in developing and implementing HR processes and practices. Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Contribute to a positive candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and other HR/recruitment tools is preferred. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
