French-English TAL Hearing Interpreter

I have a three-hour Zoom hearing before the Tribunal administratif du logement in Montréal on an unpaid-rent matter and the board allows me to bring my own remote interpreter. Throughout the session I will need continuous, two-way interpreting—French into English when the administrative judge, opposing party, or witnesses speak, and English into French whenever I respond. Because this is a legal proceeding, I am specifically looking for someone whose background is in legal/court interpreting. Formal certification is not a must for me; solid, proven experience is. If you have roughly one to three years of courtroom or tribunal interpreting behind you and feel comfortable with landlord-tenant terminology, you fit the profile. Please confirm: • Your availability on the scheduled date (exact time will be shared once you reply). • Your legal/court interpreting experience and any similar remote hearings you have handled. • That you can smoothly interpret both directions for the full three hours over Zoom, with a reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet environment.
