Accurate Document Typing Needed

I have a set of scanned pages and phone-camera photos that I need converted into clean, error-free text. The job is straightforward: type everything exactly as it appears, then send it back to me as a single plain-text (.txt) file. Please ignore the original page layout—no tables, columns, or fancy spacing are required. Simple continuous text with natural paragraph breaks is perfect, as long as every word, number, and punctuation mark matches the source. If you are meticulous, able to proof your work before delivery, and can turn this around promptly, let’s get started.
