Motion Designer

Motion Designer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Consumer Mobile Application About the Role We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer to design engaging animations and micro-interactions for a consumer mobile application. You will work closely with product and design teams to bring the app experience to life through smooth, intuitive, and purposeful motion. Key Responsibilities Create animations and micro-interactions for mobile app experiences. Design progress indicators, screen transitions, loading states, and response states. Create motion concepts that enhance usability and user engagement. Develop animation assets suitable for mobile implementation. Create and deliver Lottie-ready assets for app integration. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure animations are technically feasible and visually consistent. Refine animations based on product requirements and feedback. Maintain consistency with the approved visual and motion design direction.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects. Hands-on experience with Lottie is required. Experience creating animations and micro-interactions for mobile applications. Strong understanding of timing, easing, transitions, and visual storytelling. Ability to create lightweight, implementation-ready animation assets. Strong attention to detail and understanding of UI/UX principles. Portfolio demonstrating relevant motion design and mobile animation work.
