Precise Text Data Entry Task

I need the content from a collection of digital text files copied exactly into our designated data-capture template. Everything you see in the source files—spelling, punctuation, line breaks—must be reproduced without alteration, so strong attention to detail and proven consistency are essential. Because the files are already in digital form, the job is strictly text data entry; there are no handwritten scans or numerical tables to worry about. Speed matters, but zero-error accuracy matters even more, so I will be double-checking the finished dataset before sign-off. To help me gauge fit, please send examples of past work where you handled similar pure-text entry projects.
