All of the groundwork is ready to go: I already have the contact list, draft scripts, and an AI-powered scheduler that will queue the messages. What I’m missing is a thoughtful human who can step in, tweak each draft so it truly resonates, and then hit “send.” Here’s what the collaboration will look like. You will work mainly in email, with occasional outreach through Facebook when the contact prefers that channel. The base copy is written in a casual-yet-professional voice, so your job is to preserve that tone while adapting subject lines, openings, and CTAs to match each recipient’s background or recent news. Once a message goes out, you’ll monitor replies, log outcomes in the shared tracker, and schedule the next touch-point through the AI tool so nothing slips. Deliverables I’ll use to sign off: • Customized message sent to every contact in the list, via email or Facebook as appropriate • Response tracking sheet kept fully up to date (opens, replies, follow-ups, notes) • End-of-week summary highlighting wins, obstacles, and suggested copy tweaks for the following week If you’re comfortable juggling light copy-editing with polite, prompt digital communication, I’d love to hear how you’ll add that final personal polish to each outreach.
