Creative Real Estate Videographer/Editor

Videographer, Video Editor & Script Writer Company: Vierra Property Broker Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month Employment Type: Contract About the Role Vierra Property Broker is looking for a creative and experienced Videographer, Video Editor & Script Writer to join our real estate marketing team. We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept → script → filming → editing → final Reel, and create engaging content that attracts clients and strengthens our brand across social media. Key Responsibilities * Plan and shoot high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms. * Write engaging scripts for real estate Reels, property videos, educational content, market updates and promotional campaigns. * Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, captions and sound. * Create engaging and trend-focused content specifically for social media. * Film property walkthroughs, project launches, open houses, interviews, podcasts and company events. * Assist with filming and producing real estate podcasts and interview-style content. * Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends. * Understand what makes real estate content engaging and shareable. * Add professional text, graphics, subtitles, music and visual effects where required. * Work with the marketing team to maintain a consistent content schedule. * Ensure all content reflects Vierra's professional brand image.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in videography, video editing and/or content creation. * Previous experience in real estate, property, lifestyle or corporate content is preferred. * Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar editing software. * Good camera handling, lighting and audio recording skills. * Strong English communication and script-writing skills. * Creative mindset with a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content. * Ability to work independently from concept to final video. * Must have a portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet content deadlines. * UAE real estate content experience is an advantage.
