Monitor active IT jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, Foundit, agency websites, company career pages or any legitimate source. 2. Identify the recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional responsible for each vacancy. 3. Find suitable business contact information, initiate professional written outreach and arrange a phone call. 4. Explain how KernelPub can help fill *that specific vacancy* and obtain permission to register the recruiter and job description. 5.
