PE Review for Deck Plans

I'm seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to review my complete building plans for a deck. The plans are in digital format (PDF, CAD files). The review should focus on: - Structural integrity, Compliance with city regulations. One issue is the ledger board attachment approach to our concrete foundation. The City calls for "bolt through" attachment and we want to use lag screws since we do not have access to the interior wall (finished basement). It will require the PE to sign/seal the approved attachment approach. Ideal skills and experience: - Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio - Experience with residential deck plans - Familiarity with Columbus building codes and regulations Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the plans are approved by the City of Columbus.
