I need a fully staffed telemarketing floor – no fewer than 50 active agents on headsets at the same time – dedicated exclusively to generating seller leads in the real-estate space. Your callers will be reaching out to homeowners we supply (or, if you prefer, you can scrub your own lists) with the goal of identifying property owners ready to list, confirming their motivation and basic property details, then scheduling a follow-up appointment with my acquisition team. Scope of work • Place high-volume outbound calls using your own predictive dialer or any system that can integrate with our CRM (GoHighLevel and Salesforce are already configured on my end). • Follow the script we provide; slight localisation is fine as long as core qualification questions remain intact. • Capture full contact information, property address, estimated timeline to sell, reason for selling, and any price expectations. • Book appointments directly on a shared calendar. • Provide real-time KPI dashboards plus an end-of-day lead file (CSV or API push). Acceptance criteria A lead is considered valid when: 1. The owner confirms they are interested in selling within the next 0-12 months. 2. All mandatory fields in the CRM are complete and accurate. 3. A live appointment is set and appears on the shared calendar.
