Realistic Bus Route Animation

I already have a finished Google Earth fly-through of the corridor; what’s missing is the explanatory layer that lets a viewer instantly understand how the buses move along the route. I’m looking for someone to: • Trace the exact roadway with a smooth, realistic-looking route line that stays perfectly locked to the video. • Animate bus icons so they travel the line at believable speed, matching corners, stops and junctions. • Add unobtrusive tags that display the key location names as the camera reaches each point. • Insert short pop-ups that clarify which road the bus (and surrounding traffic) is about to take whenever the path branches. The finished video should be delivered in the same resolution and frame rate as the original MP4, and I’d like the editable project file as well (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) so I can make small timing tweaks later. Smooth motion, clean typography and a professional, realistic visual style are critical; no cartoon effects, please.
